Key Responsibilities

• Adjudicate 20-30 claims per day while maintaining call response times
• Handle extraordinary claim and customer issues promptly and professionally
• Work collaboratively with the Claims Lead to resolve claims issues

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma with 3-5 years of experience in the Automotive Industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
• Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Word and Excel
