Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Adjuster I, responsible for handling Vehicle Service Contracts in the Claims Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Adjudicate 20-30 claims per day while maintaining call response times of 60 seconds or less
• Respond to all claim inquiries promptly and effectively, resolving customer issues successfully
• Collaborate with the Claims Lead to address and resolve claims issues while maintaining positive relationships

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma with 3-5 years of experience in the Automotive Industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
• Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Word and Excel
