A company is looking for a Claims Adjuster I (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and service Vehicle Service Contracts (VSC) claims efficiently
• Adjudicate 20-30 claims per day while maintaining high call volume
• Respond promptly and professionally to all claim inquiries and resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma with 3-5 years of experience in the Automotive Industry preferred
• Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment
• Proficiency with computers and applications, such as MS Word and Excel
