Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Vehicle Repair Claims Adjuster will manage and adjudicate 20-30 vehicle service contract claims daily while providing exceptional customer service in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and adjudicate 20-30 vehicle service contract claims daily
• Provide prompt, professional support to customers, clients, and repair facilities, handling 40+ calls per day
• Resolve escalated claims and collaborate with internal teams to address issues effectively

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required; 3-5 years of automotive industry experience preferred
• Hands-on automotive experience required (vehicle repair, service writing, or technician background)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
• Strong problem-solving skills focused on improving workflow efficiency
• Solid technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
