Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vehicle Return Clerk (Remote - Indiana).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure case accuracy and assemble case documentation
• Manage communications between car owners, auto dealers, and lending institutions
• Negotiate and coordinate vehicle buybacks on behalf of the auto manufacturer

Required Qualifications and Training

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three or more years of customer service experience preferred
• Able to work shifts within the center's hours of operation, primarily Monday to Friday
• Must have a secluded and distraction-free work environment
• Required internet setup includes high-speed internet through a wired provider
