Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vehicle Return Clerk (Remote - Michigan).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure case accuracy and assemble case documentation
• Manage communications between the car owner, auto dealer, and lending institution
• Negotiate and coordinate vehicle buybacks on behalf of the auto manufacturer

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three or more years of customer service experience preferred
• Able to work shifts within the center's hours of operation
• Must be a Michigan resident with a distraction-free work environment
• Computer must be connected to the internet via a wired connection
