Vehicle Return Clerk

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vehicle Return Clerk (Remote - Wisconsin).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure case accuracy and assemble case documentation
• Manage communications between car owners, auto dealers, and lending institutions
• Negotiate and coordinate vehicle buybacks on behalf of the auto manufacturer

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three or more years of customer service experience preferred
• Able to work scheduled shifts, primarily Monday to Friday
• Must be a Wisconsin resident with a distraction-free work environment
• Prior experience in banking, mortgages, accounting, or automotive dealership is a plus
