Vehicle Return Clerk

Job Summary

To support vehicle return processes, the remote Vehicle Return Clerk will manage case documentation, coordinate communications between customers and auto dealers, and ensure accurate and timely buyback negotiations for Ohio residents.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure case accuracy and assemble necessary documentation
• Manage communications between car owners, auto dealers, and lending institutions
• Negotiate and coordinate vehicle buybacks on behalf of the auto manufacturer

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three or more years of customer service experience
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Strong computer navigation, typing, and Microsoft Office skills
• Reliable adherence to scheduled shifts within operational hours
