Job Summary

Working remotely from Wisconsin, the part-time Vehicle Return Clerk will manage vehicle return cases, ensuring accurate documentation and facilitating communications between customers, auto dealers, and lending institutions to streamline the buyback process.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure case accuracy and assemble necessary documentation
• Manage communications between car owners, auto dealers, and lending institutions
• Negotiate and coordinate vehicle buybacks on behalf of the auto manufacturer

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three or more years of customer service experience
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Strong computer navigation, typing, and Microsoft Office skills
• Reliable adherence to scheduled shifts, including rotational shifts 2-4 times per month
