Working remotely from Michigan, the part-time Vehicle Return Clerk will manage vehicle return cases, ensuring accurate documentation and communication between customers, auto dealers, and lenders while providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure case accuracy and assemble necessary documentation
• Manage communications between car owners, auto dealers, and lending institutions
• Negotiate and coordinate vehicle buybacks on behalf of the auto manufacturer

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three or more years of customer service experience
• Strong computer navigation, typing, and Microsoft Office skills
