Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vehicle Services Administrator to provide administrative support for the claim administration process.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter new claims into the Vehicle Services applications and monitor assignment queues for new claims
- Provide customer service to clients and escalate calls as necessary for resolution
- Process invoice approvals, monitor transmission queue errors, and assist management with reports
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least one year of prior administrative experience, preferably in the insurance industry
- Knowledge of V-Tech application preferred
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel, and good typing and 10-key skills
- Must complete continuing education requirements as outlined by educational services
