Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vehicle Services Administrator to provide administrative support for the claim administration process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter new claims into the Vehicle Services applications and monitor assignment queues for new claims
  • Provide customer service to clients and escalate calls as necessary for resolution
  • Process invoice approvals, monitor transmission queue errors, and assist management with reports
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least one year of prior administrative experience, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Knowledge of V-Tech application preferred
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel, and good typing and 10-key skills
  • Must complete continuing education requirements as outlined by educational services
