Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Specialist responsible for managing vehicle title and registration processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end processing of vehicle titles and registrations in compliance with federal regulations
• Review and audit deal jackets for accuracy and legal compliance before submission
• Serve as an internal expert on title compliance and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in automotive title processing in a dealership or DMV environment
• Deep knowledge of title laws, registration procedures, and compliance requirements
• Proven experience handling high-volume and complex transactions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Experience with multi-state title processing and electronic title systems is preferred
