Vended Application Consultant

Job Summary

Providing expertise in vended software applications, the fully remote Vended Application Lead Consultant will develop product planning, create functional designs, and configure vendor software while guiding team members and managing complex business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop overall product planning by contributing to and creating stories for complex features
• Organize and lead feature review sessions for complex business issues, documenting decisions and coaching team members
• Create functional designs and configure vendor software to address complex business processes and requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience in vended software applications, particularly ERP
• Strong understanding of technical skills related to functional design and configuration
• Experience in managing product features and complex business requirements
• Ability to provide training and support to team members and users
• Knowledge of integrated requirements and vendor defect resolution procedures
