Job Summary
Providing expertise in vended software applications, the fully remote Vended Application Lead Consultant will manage product planning, lead feature review sessions, and create functional designs while configuring vendor software for complex enterprise applications.
Key responsibilities
- Develop product planning and create stories for complex features, guiding team members in the process
- Organize and lead feature review sessions for complex business requirements, documenting decisions and coaching newer team members
- Create functional designs to address complex business processes and configure vendor software while resolving issues using vendor support tools
Required qualifications
- 4-year Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- 5 or more years of relevant experience (preferred)
- Strong understanding of ERP applications and functional design
- Experience with Azure DevOps and cloud computing technologies
- Knowledge of integration testing and defect resolution procedures
