Job Summary

To enhance vendor relationships, the full-time remote Vendor Account Coordinator will manage vendor onboarding, compliance documentation, and contract execution while collaborating with internal teams to ensure operational excellence.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate vendor onboarding, including contract setup and compliance documentation
  • Collaborate with sales, procurement, operations, and finance teams to ensure understanding of contracts and timelines
  • Track and report on purchase orders and vendor invoicing activity as part of vendor management processes
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, legal studies, finance, or a related area
  • 2+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement coordination, or supply chain operations
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, OneNote, Smartsheet, and DocuSign
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel
  • Familiarity with strategic sourcing processes and experience in facilities management or data centers
