Job Summary
Supporting vendor operations in a full-time remote capacity, the Vendor Administrator will maintain accurate vendor records, ensure compliance with company policies, and assist in auditing vendor data for process improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain vendor records while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Audit vendor data for accuracy and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Generate and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual vendor reporting
Required qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Understanding of vendor administration and compliance practices
- Accounts payable experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage deadlines effectively
