Job Summary

Supporting vendor operations in a full-time remote capacity, the Vendor Administrator will maintain accurate vendor records, ensure compliance with company policies, and assist in auditing vendor data for process improvements.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain vendor records while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Audit vendor data for accuracy and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Generate and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual vendor reporting
Required qualifications
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Understanding of vendor administration and compliance practices
  • Accounts payable experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines effectively
