Vendor Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Analyst, responsible for analyzing vendor operations and financial data in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, produce, and analyze vendor and internal business owner operations and financial data and reports
• Review invoices, verify payments, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
• Develop, implement, and monitor vendor performance plans as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required; Bachelor's Degree is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications
• Exceptional customer service skills and critical thinking abilities
• Experience with Workday, Coupa, and Icertis is preferred
