Job Summary
Managing subcontractor communications, the full-time Vendor and Dispatch Coordinator will ensure timely scheduling, competitive pricing, and reliable completion of service orders in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Schedule subcontractor resources for service orders based on priority and predetermined schedules
- Monitor and log communications from subcontractors in real time, maintaining accurate service order records
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate technician schedules and ensure complete work coverage
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Prior experience in dispatching, project coordination, or scheduling preferred
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate pricing with subcontractors or vendors
- Experience with digital platforms such as Field Nation or WorkMarket preferred
- Strong multitasking skills with a high attention to detail
