Job Summary
Managing the full vendor lifecycle, the full-time remote Vendor and Partnership Manager will source, negotiate, and onboard vendor partners while ensuring a compelling catalog that enhances member benefits.
Key responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and onboard new vendor and brand partners aligned with member demographics and benefit categories
- Curate and manage the Forma store catalog, developing merchandising strategies to drive engagement and spend
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless member shopping experience and monitor vendor performance against KPIs
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in merchandising, partnerships, vendor management, or category management
- Proven track record of sourcing and managing vendor or brand partnerships end-to-end
- Strong commercial instincts with negotiation and deal structuring skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to use performance metrics for decision-making
- Excellent relationship management skills and a genuine passion for benefits and consumer experience
