Job Summary

Managing the full lifecycle of Request for Proposals (RFPs) within the Power Utilities division, the full-time remote Vendor and RFP Coordinator will oversee vendor relationships, prepare competitive proposals, and ensure alignment between internal teams and external partners to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and identify new RFP, RFQ, and bid opportunities within the power utilities sector
  • Coordinate the end-to-end RFP process, including review, qualification, and submission of proposals
  • Source and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers while evaluating their capabilities and performance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in RFP coordination, procurement, or vendor management, preferably in utilities or energy
  • Experience working with public sector bids and government contracts is a strong plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
