Job Summary

To support a dynamic e-commerce environment, the part-time Flex Vendor Asset Acquisition Specialist will manage the acquisition and uploading of image assets and product attributes for Nordstrom.com and NordstromRack.com, ensuring quality and timely processing in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with vendors to acquire and manage image assets and product attributes
• Ensure all imagery meets Nordstrom standards and upload assets into company systems
• Maintain effective communication and partnerships with cross-functional teams to meet production deadlines

Required qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience in a fast-paced e-commerce digital environment
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on process efficiency under tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
• Detail-oriented and visually precise with a commitment to meeting deadlines
