Job Summary
A company is looking for an IFM Vendor Coordinator Lead to manage and support a vendor coordination team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the vendor coordination team, managing performance and conducting training
- Review and verify vendor invoices for compliance and process approved submissions
- Coordinate maintenance activities with vendors while maintaining strong working relationships
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in managing and training high-performing teams
- Associate degree in facilities management, business, or related fields (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of relevant experience in facility or property administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for report customization
- Experience with CMMS software and work order management systems
