Job Summary

A company is looking for an IFM Vendor Coordinator Lead to manage and support a vendor coordination team remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the vendor coordination team, managing performance and conducting training
  • Review and verify vendor invoices for compliance and process approved submissions
  • Coordinate maintenance activities with vendors while maintaining strong working relationships
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in managing and training high-performing teams
  • Associate degree in facilities management, business, or related fields (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in facility or property administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for report customization
  • Experience with CMMS software and work order management systems
