Key Responsibilities
- Oversee vendor compliance, communication, and development, including approving invoices
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external customers regarding third-party services
- Monitor and report on vendor performance, ensuring appropriate follow-up and support for facility activities
Required Qualifications and Education
- 2+ years of experience in Facility or Property Administration
- Associate degree in facilities management, business, or a related field
- 2+ years of facilities or commercial real estate experience in an administrative capacity
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask without direct supervision
