Job Summary

A company is looking for an IFS Vendor Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee vendor compliance, communication, and development, including approving invoices
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external customers regarding third-party services
  • Monitor and report on vendor performance, ensuring appropriate follow-up and support for facility activities
Required Qualifications and Education
  • 2+ years of experience in Facility or Property Administration
  • Associate degree in facilities management, business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of facilities or commercial real estate experience in an administrative capacity
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask without direct supervision
