Job Summary
Vendor Coordinator, this full-time remote position provides administrative support to the Vendor Manager by coordinating vendor onboarding, maintaining accurate records, and managing vendor communications and compliance documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate vendor onboarding activities and maintain vendor files
- Schedule vendor meetings and distribute communications regarding policy updates
- Track compliance documentation and compile supplier performance data
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 2+ years' experience with Facility or Property Administration
- Working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel
- Experience in data center/critical facility is preferred
- Experience with Corrigo, Zendesk, or Service Now is a plus
