Job Summary

Vendor Coordinator, this full-time remote position provides administrative support to the Vendor Manager by coordinating vendor onboarding, maintaining accurate records, and managing vendor communications and compliance documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate vendor onboarding activities and maintain vendor files
  • Schedule vendor meetings and distribute communications regarding policy updates
  • Track compliance documentation and compile supplier performance data
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2+ years' experience with Facility or Property Administration
  • Working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel
  • Experience in data center/critical facility is preferred
  • Experience with Corrigo, Zendesk, or Service Now is a plus
