Job Summary

To support facility operations, the full-time remote Vendor Coordinator will manage vendor compliance, communication, and development while serving as the primary contact for internal and external customer inquiries related to third-party services.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee the completion of work orders and provide updates to the Operations Manager
  • Manage vendor verification programs and maintain relationships with both new and existing vendors
  • Collaborate with vendors to address service concerns and monitor vendor performance metrics
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Facility or Property Administration
  • Associate's degree in facilities management, business, or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational skills
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative capacity within facilities or commercial real estate
  • Ability to multitask and work independently under time constraints
