Job Summary
To support facility operations, the full-time remote Vendor Coordinator will manage vendor compliance, communication, and development while serving as the primary contact for internal and external customer inquiries related to third-party services.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the completion of work orders and provide updates to the Operations Manager
- Manage vendor verification programs and maintain relationships with both new and existing vendors
- Collaborate with vendors to address service concerns and monitor vendor performance metrics
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Facility or Property Administration
- Associate's degree in facilities management, business, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational skills
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative capacity within facilities or commercial real estate
- Ability to multitask and work independently under time constraints
