Vendor Credentialing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Credentialing Specialist (Temp).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with external vendors related to credentialing and respond to internal inquiries
• Oversee credentialing processes, including audits, monitoring provider networks, and preparing for Credentialing Committee meetings
• Coordinate communication and updates regarding credentialing status and issues with internal stakeholders and the credentialing verification organization (CVO)

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in healthcare vendor management
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred
• Experience in the healthcare industry, with a preference for credentialing experience
• Able to work in complex environments with multiple priorities and changing timelines
• Intermediate/advanced experience with MS Office suite, DocuSign, and SharePoint
