Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage the Vendor Finance program strategy to maximize cash generation
• Lead a 15+ member team, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and high performance
• Manage relationships with lending partners and evaluate their performance for optimization opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Proven program management experience, preferably in vendor finance or sales operations
• Deep understanding of financing principles, deal structuring, and cash flow management
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects from concept to execution
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or PMP is a plus
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
