Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vendor Integration Specialist for Loan Servicing in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to gather, document, prioritize, and test requirements for critical technology solutions
- Support the integration of systems from different platforms and understand how APIs move data
- Prepare requirements documents, process maps, user stories, and other artifacts to articulate business needs
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years of prior Business Analyst experience in an Agile environment
- 2-4 years of experience working with different vendors supporting system to system integrations
- Experience with endpoint testing, SQL scripting, Jira, ADO, and process mapping tools
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban software development methods
