Vendor Lead - Equipment Controls

Job Summary

To support a growing portfolio of hyperscale data center clients, the remote Vendor Lead - Equipment Controls will manage vendor and supply chain activities, coordinate equipment procurement, and oversee data analytics and reporting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for equipment and material vendors, coordinating procurement activities and monitoring vendor performance
• Manage equipment and material control processes to ensure accurate demand planning and inventory visibility across multiple programs
• Develop and maintain business intelligence reporting and dashboards, performing data quality checks and analyzing metrics to support operational planning

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain operations, material controls, vendor management, or related disciplines
• 2+ years of experience leading teams or managing cross-functional programs
• Demonstrated experience managing competing priorities across multiple stakeholders and programs
• Proven ability to influence teams and drive outcomes without direct authority
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives and driving organizational change
