Key Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with vendors and address concerns to build strong relationships
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure vendors meet targets, identifying areas for improvement
• Act as the first point of contact for resolving vendor-related issues and manage escalated communications

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience required
• 1-3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the healthcare industry
• ACCA certification is a plus
• Experience in reading, analyzing, and reviewing data is a plus
• Proficiency in managing vendor relationships and performance metrics
