Job Summary

Responsible for the daily review and processing of vendor maintenance requests, the full-time Vendor Maintenance Coordinator will manage vendor record updates and serve as a liaison between onshore and offshore teams while supporting various projects and integrations.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain the integrity and timely processing of vendor adds and changes
  • Handle updates to vendor payment terms, tax information, and remittance details
  • Act as primary liaison for vendor maintenance requirements across the organization
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable department preferred
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP and/or Ariba a plus
