Job Summary
Responsible for the daily review and processing of vendor maintenance requests, the full-time Vendor Maintenance Coordinator will manage vendor record updates and serve as a liaison between onshore and offshore teams while supporting various projects and integrations.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the integrity and timely processing of vendor adds and changes
- Handle updates to vendor payment terms, tax information, and remittance details
- Act as primary liaison for vendor maintenance requirements across the organization
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- One year of experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable department preferred
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of SAP and/or Ariba a plus
