Vendor Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Management Analyst responsible for driving operational excellence across the vendor lifecycle, sourcing, and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee vendor onboarding, compliance documentation, and maintain accurate vendor records
• Input and manage projects and contracts in the CLM system, ensuring data integrity
• Analyze data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities related to vendor performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in vendor management, sourcing/procurement, or data analytics
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI
• Experience with contract review, RFP facilitation, and project management
• Familiarity with CLM systems, preferably Workday
