Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Management Analyst responsible for managing relationships with external contact center staffing vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary operational and strategic point of contact for assigned contact center vendors
  • Monitor and analyze vendor KPIs to drive performance improvement and cost efficiency
  • Develop and manage vendor success plans and support the design of new vendor programs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong understanding of contact center metrics and performance optimization
  • Proven experience managing third-party vendor relationships in a high-volume customer service environment
  • Ability to influence cross-functional partners and external stakeholders effectively
