Vendor Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Vendor Management responsible for overseeing vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of vendor relationships, including onboarding, performance monitoring, and offboarding
• Collaborate with finance and technology teams to monitor vendor spending and ensure budget adherence
• Perform vendor risk assessments and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or compliance
• Strong understanding of contract negotiation and vendor performance metrics
• Experience with GRC tools and third-party risk platforms is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
