Vendor Management Analyst

Job Summary

Leading vendor governance and performance management initiatives, the full-time remote Vendor Management Analyst will oversee contract optimization, align vendor performance with business objectives, and support complex negotiations across the Digital Technology vendor portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a primary liaison among senior technology leaders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives
• Lead vendor performance management activities, including service-level agreement reviews and escalation of service issues to executive stakeholders
• Oversee the contract lifecycle for key technology vendors, including negotiation support and compliance reviews

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent experience required
• 3-5 years of experience in vendor management, procurement analytics, asset management, finance, operations, or a related field required
• Advanced knowledge of vendor governance frameworks and technology procurement strategies
• Strong financial acumen, including budget forecasting and cost modeling for vendor contracts
• Proficiency with procurement and vendor management platforms, such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, and ServiceNow
