Job Summary

To support GM's vision of a safer driving experience, the full-time remote Vendor Management Analyst III will manage third-party vendor solutions, ensuring alignment with operational objectives while enhancing the policyholder experience throughout the claims lifecycle.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary business owner for vendor solutions supporting Claims and Shared Services, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • Identify operational needs and translate them into vendor strategies and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage vendor relationships, driving effective communication and performance monitoring, including SLAs and KPIs
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 5+ years of relevant experience preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in a Vendor Management or Purchasing Department
  • 2+ years of experience in auto claims or related claims operations preferred
  • Experience with claims platforms and vendor-integrated workflows strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and vendor management processes
