Vendor Management Commercial Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Vendor Management Commercial Manager, this full-time remote position will manage a team responsible for opening commercial orders and placing title search requests, while establishing vendor relationships and ensuring quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage a team that opens title and settlement orders and requests title search products from vendors
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships while evaluating performance and resolving issues
• Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements and collaborate with cross-departmental teams to streamline operations

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in the title insurance industry
• 5+ years of experience in title examination, commitment production, or title vendor management
• Knowledge of SoftPro Select is a plus
• High level of accountability and customer service orientation
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
