Job Summary
Supporting internal procurement and vendor management operations, the full-time Vendor Management Contracts Attorney will draft and negotiate third-party supplier agreements while providing contract process advice to internal teams, with the option for remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Review, draft, analyze, negotiate, and process various types of vendor contracts, including NDAs and complex master services agreements
- Participate in revising and developing contract templates and negotiation principles
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders in legal, technology, and business teams while educating others on contract processes
Required qualifications
- JD Degree and active admission to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction or equivalent experience in contracts and procurement
- At least 4 years of experience in vendor contract review, including software and SaaS agreements
- Proven proficiency in negotiating contracts related to data privacy, information security, and technology procurement
- Strong foundation in contract management and fluency in contract negotiations
- Previous experience working for a law firm is preferable
