Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Management Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage vendor contracts and ensure adherence to contract work agreements
  • Review and approve vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy before sending to Accounts Payable
  • Compile and complete monthly reporting for the management team
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Four years of business-related experience in accounting
  • Thorough knowledge of insurance billing and collection procedures
  • Experience with financial statements, including Trial Balance and Accounts Receivable
  • Proficiency in applicable software programs
