Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Management Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage vendor contracts and ensure compliance with contract work agreements
  • Process and verify vendor invoices, and compile monthly reports for management
  • Monitor payment processing and maintain accurate financial records
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Four years of business-related experience in accounting
  • Thorough knowledge of insurance billing and collection procedures
  • Experience with financial statements, particularly Trial Balance and Accounts Receivable
  • Proficiency with applicable software programs
