Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vendor Management Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage vendor contracts and ensure compliance with contract work agreements
- Process and verify vendor invoices, and compile monthly reports for management
- Monitor payment processing and maintain accurate financial records
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Four years of business-related experience in accounting
- Thorough knowledge of insurance billing and collection procedures
- Experience with financial statements, particularly Trial Balance and Accounts Receivable
- Proficiency with applicable software programs
