Job Summary

Working remotely, the part-time Title Abstract Vendor Management Coordinator will manage vendor recruitment, maintain vendor profiles, and reconcile vendor payments while collaborating with internal staff and external agencies.

Key responsibilities
  • Recruit Abstract & Notary vendors and maintain their profiles
  • Reconcile vendor payments in accordance with company requirements
  • Address inquiries from vendors and internal staff in a professional manner
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Practical work experience within the real estate industry
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Proficiency with personal computers, including Microsoft Excel and Word
