Vendor Management Director

Job Summary

Managing vendor relationships, the full-time Director of Vendor Management will ensure compliance with performance metrics and oversee vendor performance improvement plans while working remotely from Florida with occasional travel for meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Accumulate, monitor, and report on vendor performance metrics to business unit management
• Communicate expectations and vendor performance against established metrics, developing and implementing annual vendor goals
• Conduct oversight meetings with vendors and internal partners, ensuring corrective actions for audit deficiencies are implemented

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
• 7+ years of vendor management experience, preferably in healthcare or government programs
• Proficiency in MS-Project or other project management software and MS-Office applications
• Experience in project management, administration, or operations within the healthcare industry
• Familiarity with training/education and statistical analysis preferred
