Vendor Management FLEX Manager

Job Summary

To support ongoing vendor programs, the full-time FLEX Manager, Vendor Management will manage vendor relationships, resolve escalations, and oversee financial support functions such as invoice management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support ongoing projects related to technology hardware and software purchasing to meet customer needs
• Enhance supplier relationships through strategic engagements and continuous improvement initiatives
• Oversee SLA tracking and maintain organized records of vendor inquiries and resolutions

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in hospitality or procurement functions
• Experience leading financial support functions, including invoice management and compliance
• Proven ability to compile and report vendor data to senior stakeholders
