Vendor Management Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Management Lead to oversee their Supply Acquisition program and manage external vendor partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for all vendor partners involved in service host acquisition and maintain robust vendor relationships
• Develop and implement a vendor performance management system, establishing KPIs for lead quality and operational efficiency
• Monitor vendor performance, implement quality assurance processes, and ensure contractual compliance including budget management

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in vendor management and operational efficiency optimization
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to implement data-driven improvements
• Experience in lead generation, recruitment, or supply acquisition within a multi-channel engagement environment is preferred
• Proficiency in utilizing AI and automation tools for enhancing lead engagement and recruitment workflows
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with various departments
