Vendor Management Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Vendor Management to oversee the enterprise-wide vendor management program and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and train a team on vendor management processes and champion the vendor management purpose across the organization
• Conduct regular vendor service reviews and partner with internal stakeholders to address issues and enhance processes
• Assist in developing policies and procedures related to vendor management and support audit requests as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field with 8+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in vendor management
• Experience in Bank/Fintech environments with knowledge of vendor management processes is also acceptable
• Ability to work effectively with external vendors and cross-functional teams
• Self-driven with strong organizational skills and integrity
• Experience in strategic analysis and data-driven recommendations
