Vendor Management Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Vendor Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team and train internal Vendor Managers on vendor management processes
• Conduct regular vendor service reviews using a vendor scorecard methodology
• Partner with internal stakeholders to address vendor-related issues and support program enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field with 8+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in vendor management, or 10 years in Bank/Fintech with vendor management knowledge
• Experience working with external vendors and cross-functional teams
• Self-driven with superior organizational skills and integrity
• Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and provide data-driven recommendations
• Experience in strategic analysis and stakeholder empathy
