Vendor Management Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Vendor Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team and train internal Vendor Managers on vendor management processes
• Conduct regular vendor service reviews using a vendor scorecard methodology
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and support ad hoc projects for program enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field with 8+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in vendor management
• 10 years of Bank/Fintech experience with knowledge of vendor management processes may be acceptable
• Self-driven with superior organizational skills and integrity
• Ability to work effectively with external vendors and cross-functional teams
• Experience in strategic analysis and making data-driven recommendations
