Vendor Management Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the vendor management staff, the full-time remote Vendor Management Manager will implement and manage processes for selecting, monitoring, and auditing third-party service providers while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage vendor onboarding due diligence and oversee vendor relationships to ensure compliance with service level agreements
• Conduct risk assessments of vendors and develop strategies to minimize risks while monitoring vendor performance through scorecard reviews
• Lead the Vendor Management Quality Assurance team and report on vendor performance and compliance status to senior management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Five or more years of vendor management experience, particularly in mortgage servicing
• Demonstrated experience in negotiating and enforcing vendor contracts and service level agreements
• Three or more years of supervisory experience
• Thorough knowledge of the vendor management process and compliance regulations
