Vendor Management QA Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a REMOTE Vendor Management QA Analyst I.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and audit vendor profile quality and compliance with standards
• Prepare and distribute monthly exception reports to leadership and stakeholders
• Evaluate vendor compliance documents and oversee vendor audit reports for accuracy

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
• One or more years of experience in the financial services industry, specifically in mortgage servicing, auditing, finance, compliance, or vendor management
• A minimum of one year experience in CMS vendor management operations
• Management reporting experience is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Outlook, Excel, and Visio
