Vendor Management QA Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a remote Vendor Management QA Analyst I.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and audit vendor profile quality and compliance with quality assurance standards
• Run and distribute monthly exception reports and evaluate vendor compliance documents
• Prepare and submit documentation for department reports and scorecards, and respond to audit requests

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
• One or more years of experience in financial services, mortgage servicing, auditing, or vendor management
• A minimum of one year experience in vendor management operations
• Management reporting experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Visio
